New Zealand Best does cover shipment and handling costs of the returns. Please notify us before sending out your return, so we can arrange the timely replacement or reimbursement.

In case you receive damaged goods or your product is lost during shipment we refund your money or replace your purchase free of charge, whichever your preference is. We do require damaged goods to be sent back to us before a replacemnat can be arranged. Please notify us before sending out your return, so we can arrange the timely replacement or reimbursement.
