Most of our International orders are shipped via NZ Post Airmail service, an efficient and reliable provider with an excellent International reputation.
All available shipment methods are: Air mail International - all regions, 10- 14 business days - recommended Economy International - all regions, over 14 business days, up to 25 business days estimated Express International - all regions, under 5 business days Australia International - to Australia only, under 10 business days NZ courier - NZ only, next day All orders inside NZ are delivered via courier service.

Target delivery days are business days and exclude public holidays and week-ends. Delivery times shown are for main cities and may vary to the areas outside main centres. Delivery times are from the moment the product is prepared for shippment, it may take up to 2 - 3 days to prepare the order for shippment.
»» Indicative shipment costs
Shipment cost for each order is displayed in the shopping cart when an order is being placed. It is calculated on the basis of item weight and the destination zone.
»» Wholesale shipments, bulk shipments
Although Air mail service is our recommended method of shipment for the retail orders, we can work out better shipment rates for the wholesale buyers. If you are a retailer or a wholesaler willing to purchase larger quantities of a product please contact us for shipment quotes.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags. Please provide a physical address when ordering a product.
