HOW TO TAKE BEE VENOM HONEY:The Bee venom concentration in one jar of the honey is 6.5mg which equals to half a bee sting in each teaspoon of honey.
We would recommend the first intake should be half a teaspoon of honey with venom (0,25 sting) taken without food or drink. This initial dose is 4 times lower than one bee sting, and is accurately specified in accordance with BV Therapy requirements.
The dose is much more comfortable and safe, when compared to a physical and painful Bee Sting Therapy plan. If no allergic reaction occurs, increase the dosage gradually up to 2-3 teaspoons per day depending on your condition. Don't take any food or drink with the honey. Keep it in your mouth until completely dissolved.
